Ephraim's Refuge (ER) is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization created to mentor and train those desiring to grow and mature in their life of faith. During both life's peaks and valleys, we provide a safe place for spiritual growth. We long to come alongside you—providing ER for your soul.
